Cards
Cards belong in your portal.
Banco Rio Sur debit and credit cards are issued to the account holder and managed after sign-in. Only the last four digits are shown until you confirm your transfer passcode. Freeze a card from Card management. The full number is never placed on a public page.
Card management is part of the signed-in customer portal. After you authenticate:
- Each card shows only •••• and the last four digits.
- View card details requires your four-digit transfer passcode.
- Freeze is available immediately; reactivation is completed by staff.
- The security code is never printed on public pages, account statements, or URLs.
