Banco Rio Sur treats personal data with the confidentiality expected of a private bank. This page describes, in general terms, how information is used in the banking relationship.
Personal data is used to identify our clients, administer accounts, cards, and transfers, provide customer service, and meet obligations that apply to financial institutions in the Argentine Republic under the supervision of the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic (BCRA).
Access to client information is limited to staff whose role requires it. We do not publish full card numbers, security codes, or PINs. Requests to review or update the information on your file may be made through the Customer Service Center.
